Only Two Defining Forces Have Ever Offered To Die For You.
1. Jesus Christ 2. The American G.I.
One Died For Your Soul, The Other Died For Your Freedom,
You Might Want To Pass This On, As Many Seem To Forget Them Both!
Beloved Victory Chapel Sponsors,
I hope and pray that all is well with you. Here in Southwest Asia things are picking up. We are getting ready for our Christmas Services and many of us are looking forward to returning home. In November we had a group by the name of Casting Crowns play a concert out in the plaza as well as our Chief of Chaplains giving some encouraging and inspirational words. For many of us, it was the highlight of our deployment. We also had a great multi-faith Thanksgiving service with members of various faiths coming together to share scripture, songs, dance and words of thankfulness. Here in
Southwest Asia, we are very thankful for the support of our sponsors, who play a big part in the ministry we do. Thank you so much for your prayers and support! Your acts of kindness do not go unnoticed. We have been able to bridge connections and change lives through the care packages that you have so willingly offered up. If only you could see the smiles you bring to the faces of those we come in contact with. What you do is critical to our mission here, especially during this time of year. Thank you for all you do and we look forward to your continuing support! Have a blessed Holiday Season from our family to yours!
With Much Gratitude,
Ryan T. Mitchell, TSgt, USAF
Operation Care Package Michigan *Camo Angels*
Thanks for the package. I broke my hand on duty and the package & card have made me feel great. I am writing to you with my broken hand, surgery has helped. I am from Chelsea Michigan so it feels close to knowing we have people who beleive in us over here.
Thank you for the big boxes of items.. It actually came to the chaplain I replaced six weeks ago here at FOB Shank,
but you supported me in 2006 when I was at FOB Salerno with my sister brigade in the 10th Mountain Division. I am
a Lake Superior State Graduate(1990) from the days my dad was in the Coast Guard in Sault Ste Marie.
Merry Christmas To Everyone in Your Group,
Chaplain Jerry Johnson
Thank you for your generous care package that I received today. I am blessed to receive such thoughtful and loving care packages and I am blessed to be able to put the items out for people to enjoy.
Many people come up to me and thank me for the personal items and goodies that we are able to put out for people at the Community center/chapel. It is such a blessing to see people smile and say thank you to me and I in turn tell them thank you for you support and encouragement of the troops.
In the pictures, I am the one on the right and the other picture is the community center/chaple where we put your goodies out for people.
The LORD bless you,
CH (MAJ) Brett Charsky
We appreciate your support & commitment to the deployed soldier. We are from the 3rd Army, Special Troops Battalion. We would like to thank you for your thoughts, prayers and the kindness that you instill upon us each day. Your care packages were greatly appreciated and were welcomed with great smiles. We were quick to distribute all that was in the care packages and you have provided morale boost to our soliders. Your care packages arrived to us at Camp ArifJan Kuwait. We are located just south of Iraq and area always busy here.
The weather is very hot, humid and dusty, but we do our best to get through the day and to deal with the climate, this is why your care packages mean so much to us. We all truly appreciate everything all of you do for us. You are the reason why we ensure freedom and the American way of life. Again, we want to express our appreciation and thanks for everything.

Just received two packages from Operation Care Package and I have to say that I haven't been this excited in a while... God knows I needed something to make my week... thank you again, everything is perfect, and I would like to let you know that I had a good friend with me in the room when I opened the packages and shared some of the goods with him and he says Thank you so much that because of good souls like you guys that guys like us keep going...
Thank you once again from the bottom of my heart....
I just want to send a quick email to let you all know that we are very grateful for the packages you have bee sending us. I am in the 1775th MP Co out of Pontiac, MI and receiving mail is one of the few great things here in Afghanistan. Thank you for your compassion, love, and time.
